About The Artist: Jacob Kemp is a collaborative artist, actor, designer, writer, and creative consultant. He is the CCO and Founder of TALISMAN, a global design and innovation hub. He is also known for creating roles on stage, film, and television. Instead of coloring inside the lines, organizing his life into clear divisions – he lets the strange, beautiful, funny, unpredictable, poetic, messy, honest pieces come together – and weave a story entirely their own.
Kemp received Silver Grand Prize at the Fifteenth Annual Solas Awards for 'The House Within,' his personal essay on creativity during the COVID-19 pandemic, and SPINE Magazine recognized him as a designer and illustrator to watch in 2021. Kemp’s work has also been featured by Communication Arts, It’s Nice That, The World Illustration Awards, and was a case study for Columbia University/Teachers College Arts Administration Program.
Jacob graduated from Yale cum laude with distinction in the arts, where he was the recipient of the Glenn de Chabert Prize, the Louis S. Gimbel Scholarship, and was a Yale Trust of Boston Scholar.
